What is Hovmi?
Hovmi is a workforce management platform in development for UK businesses. The planned product brings attendance, holiday management, people and locations into one workspace.
Is Hovmi available to use?
Not yet. Hovmi is in development, and this website is a preview of the intended product. There are no live registrations or subscriptions.
Which businesses is Hovmi designed for?
We are designing Hovmi for independent businesses across industries, including garages, retail, cleaning, care and warehouses.
Time and attendance
How will clocking in and out work?
The planned employee app will record clock-ins and clock-outs with server-based timestamps and location verification where configured.
Will employees need to clock out for breaks?
The current product plan includes automatic deduction of a 30-minute unpaid break on qualifying days, rather than separate break clocking. Exact rules will be confirmed before launch.
Will Hovmi calculate payslips?
Hovmi is planned to show estimated gross earnings based on hourly rates and recorded hours. It is not intended to replace payroll or calculate tax deductions.
Teams and plans
Can I manage more than one location?
Multi-location management is part of the planned product. Proposed plans show different location allowances.
Can staff see other employees’ sickness records?
The product is being designed with role-based access and privacy-conscious handling of sickness information. Exact permissions will be validated during testing.
Are the prices final?
No. The pricing page shows illustrative proposed plans. Prices, limits and commercial terms may change before launch.
Can I subscribe today?
No. Subscriptions, billing and account creation are not enabled while Hovmi is being built and tested.
